eight Loss / Controlled Smoothie # 2

  1. Banana X 1
  2. Avocado X 1
  3. Raw Cocoa Powder X 1/2 tea spoon
  4. Vanila Powder (Pinch of Powder for flavouring
  5. Maple Syrup (1 Tea Spoon )
  6. Half Cup water

Blend all the the mixture togather and enjoy with some chilled ice

This looks like it would taste amazing! I think some coffee/ espresso would taste good in that too!
