Hello everyone:

Today i share about milk and its products.So i know about its nutritional value and health benefits.I wants to share the knowledge with yours about milk and its products because milk is an ideal food and used in our healthier diet.

What is the milk?

Milk is the normal secretion which is obtained from memory glands of mammals before and after 36 to 72 hours.Its is color is white and contain 86 % water in their composition.Milk is a balance diet and used in all over the world.Milk play a vital role in our body functions and produce resistance against many diseases.FILE_59afba9c0d520p02wf2yz.jpg

Health benefits of milk:

  1. Milk maintain our immune system.
  2. Milk provide us a high amount of minerals such as calcium and magnesium.
  3. Milk provide glow to our skin.
  4. Helps in formation of teeth and bones.
  5. Milk helps in enhancement of hydration.
  6. Milk is reduce the risk of cancer.

Healthy milk products:

Different types of milk products that is prepared from milk to increase its nutritional value and to make more palatable.So, that this products are used in many purposes.Some milk products are described following here.dairy_for_news.jpg

1)Butter:

Butter is a semi solid milk product that is prepared from milk.It contain 85% fat content and 15% water content.Its color is light yellowish.It is high source of fat and prepared by inoculation process (Aging time).75maslo.jpg

  1. Butter helps to prevent from cancer.
  2. Butter helps to prevent from Gastro.
  3. Butter helps to gaining weight.
  4. Butter helps to prevent from cardiovascular diseases.

2) Cheese:

Cheese is a double fermented milk product that contain a high amount of fat.Cheese is mostly prepared from two enzymes such as rennet and pepsin.image.jpg

Health benefits of Cheese:

  1. Maintain our immune system.
  2. Give us glowing skin.
  3. Reduce the risk of premenstrual syndrome (PMS)
  4. Prevents from teeth cavities.

3) Yogurt:

Yogurt is a fermented milk product and have a certain good taste and mostly liked in all over the world.In the processing of yogurt two types of bacteria are used such as streptococcus and lactobaccilus .greek-yogurt.jpg

Health benefits of Yogurt:

  1. Important for our digestive system.
  2. Reduce the risk of diabetes.
  3. Help to reduce the high blood pressure.
  4. Help in reduction of weight loss and fat loss.

4) Flavored milk:

Health benefits of flavored milk:

  1. Help in immune system.
  2. Boost up the endurance capacity of food.
  3. Increase the hydration process of our body.
  4. Helps in formation of lean muscles.
