Incredibly delicious and tender pizza without flour
Ingredients for
Pizza dough:
● Cauliflower - 300 g
● Low-fat cheese - 150 g
● Egg - 1 pc
● Salt
Pizza stuff:
● 50 grams of tomato paste
● 150 g chicken fillet
● 30 g of champignons
● 40 g of sweet pepper
● 15 g of onion
● 50 g low-fat cheese
● salt, seasonings to taste
Cooking:
- Boil cauliflower, grate on a large grater
- Grate 150 grams of cheese on a large grater, mix with cauliflower, add egg, salt, mix it well
- Put into a baking dish in the preheated to 230 *C for 15 minutes
- Pizza dough grease with tomato paste. Boil chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Chop pepper and onions thinly. All the ingredients put on the pizza dough. Sprinkle with cheese, grated on a large grater.
- Bake at 230 °C for 10 minutes.
