Casseroled chicken under cheese.
Very delicious! Pleases even the most experienced people with food. A wonderful dish will diversify your menu!
Ingredients:
● Chicken fillet (or other meat) - 4 pcs. (about 1kg)
● Aubergines - 2-3 pcs.
● Tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.
● Cheese - 150g
● Clave of garlic - 1 pcs.
● Dill - 20g
● Seed oil for frying
● Salt, red and black pepper (on your taste)
Preparation of ingredients:
- Aubergines wash, cut off the tails and dry. Cut them along, in thin strips, put in a bowl, add salt and leave for 20-30 minutes. Merge the resulting juice from the bowl with eggplants.
- Wash the chicken fillet than dry it well. Cut each piece for 4 parts. Chicken pieces should be well beaten off. The chops should be slightly pepperd and salted.
- Wash tomatoes and cut into rings.
- Garlic is cleaned and finely chopped.
- Dill washed, dry and chop.
- Cheese grate.
Cooking:
- In a frying pan, heat a little seed oil, lay out the strips of aubergines and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Aubergines are transferred to a paper napkin to get rid of excess fat.
- Grease the baking bowl and lay out a layer of aubergines slightly overlap.
- Put next layer the chicken fillet. Then again aubergines and again chicken.
- Then lay the tomato rings.
- Tomatoes a little salt, pepper and sprinkle with chopped garlic and greens.
- Finally put the last layer with cheese.
Put the bowl into the oven heated to 180 °C and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the bowl from the oven, let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
