Today I want to share recipe with you : How to cook delicious shrimp with pepper
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious, have you ever tried to make a meal like this, if you have not, you should try it, I guarantee you will love the delicacy of the flavors you get from this food
How you want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.
INGREDIENTS
THE MAIN INGREDIENTS :
- 500 grams shrimp
- 25 grams cooking oil
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 cardamom
- 2 Star anise
- salt to taste
INGREDIENTS ARE SLICED :
- 2 cloves Shallot
- 4 red chilli
- 1 bay leaf
- 5 curry leaves
INGREDIENTS ARE MASHED :
- 5 cayenne pepper
- 10 pepper
- 2 cloves Shallot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 nutmeg
- 1 candlenut
HOW TO MAKE :
- clean up all the ingredients then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly.
- Set skillet
- heat the oil
- stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
- enter cardamom and star anise
- wait minute while stirring
- enter ingredients are mashed
- enter shrimp
- wait minute while stirring
- enter coconut milk
- add salt
- Cook until cooked
- Finished
- Mix with rice when we enjoy it

Hari ini saya ingin berbagi resep dengan anda : cara membuat udang masak putih
Makanan ini terlihat sederhana, tapi rasanya sangat enak, pernahkah anda mencoba membuat makanan seperti ini, jika belum, anda harus mencobanya, saya jamin anda akan menyukai kelezatan rasa yang anda dapatkan dari makanan ini.
Bagaimana anda ingin mencobanya, Berikut adalah bahan dan cara memasaknya :
BAHAN YANG DIPERLUKAN
BAHAN UTAMA :
- 500 gram udang
- 15 grams minyak makan
- 1 cangkir air
- 2 kapu laga
- 2 adas bindang
- garam secukupnya
BAHAN YANG DI IRIS :
- 2 siung bawang merah
- 4 cabe merah
- 1 daun salam
- 5 daun kari
BAHAN YANG DIHALUSKAN :
- 5 cabai rawit
- 10 lada
- 2 siung bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 1/4 pala
- 1 kemiri
CARA MENGOLAHNYA :
- Bersihkan semua bahan lalu potong sesuai selera dan bilas sampai bersih
- siapkan wajan
- Panaskan minyak
- Tumis sampai irisan harum bahan
- Masukkan kapulaga dan adas bintang
- Tunggu sebentar sambil diaduk
- Masukan bahan yang tumbuk
- Masukkan udang
- Tunggu sebentar sambil diaduk
- Masukkan santan
- Tambahkan garam
- Masak sampai matang
- Selesai
- Campur dengan nasi saat kita menikmatinya
