Today I want to share recipe with you : cake made of glutinous rice

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook

Ingredients :

• 200 grams glutinous rice flour
• 75 grams palm sugar
• 50 grams sugar
• 2 Screwpine Leaf (smashed and grab Screwpine Leaf juice)
• 1/4 tablespoon salt
• 75 grams grated coconut

How to cultivate it:

• stir flour glutinous rice with Screwpine Leaf juice add salt until the dough becomes soft
• dough that has been rounded off, then made a hole in the middle
• enter palm sugar that has been shredded

• then close again, and round the dough back, and so on until the dough runs out

• then boiled dough that has been finished, with boiling water, until the dough floats

• Mix grated coconut with sugar
• sprinkle the dough that has been cooked with grated coconut
• Finished
