INGREDIENTS
THE MAIN INGREDIENTS :
- 1 bunch cassava leaves
- 1 liter of coconut milk
- 1 lemongrass
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
INGREDIENTS ARE SLICED :
- 1 tomato
- 3 green chilli
- 1 cloves Shallot
- 1 cloves garlic
INGREDIENTS ARE MASHED :
- 10 cayenne pepper
- 4 red chilli
- 2 cloves Shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 dry star fruit
- 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
HOW TO MAKE :
- clean up all the ingredients then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly.
- Set skillet
- enter the cassava leaves, bay leaves and lemongrass
- enter material slices
- enter materials are mashed
- enter coconut milk
- add salt and flavorings to taste
- Cook until cooked
- Finished

BAHAN YANG DIPERLUKAN

- 1 serai
- 2 daun salam
- 1/2 sdm garam
- Flavoring secukupnya
BAHAN YANG DI IRIS :
- 1 tomat
- 3 cabai hijau
- 1 siung bawang merah
- 1 siung bawang putih
BAHAN YANG DIHALUSKAN :
- 10 cabai rawit
- 4 cabe merah
- 2 siung bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 5 buah belimbing kering
- 1/2 sendok makan bubuk kunyit
- 1/2 sendok makan bubuk ketumbar
CARA MENGOLAHNYA :
- Bersihkan semua bahan lalu potong sesuai selera dan bilas sampai bersih.
- siapkan wajan
- Masukkan daun singkong, daun salam dan sereh
- Masukkan irisan material
- masukkan bahan yang dihaluskan
- Masukkan santan
- Tambahkan garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya
- Masak sampai matang
- Selesai
- Campur dengan nasi saat kita menikmatinya dan tambahkan ikan dengan jenis apapun agar lebih nikmat
