Hari ini saya ingin berbagi resep dengan anda : Cara Membuat Kerang Rendang yang lezat
Hari ini ketika saya pulang dari mengantar anak saya ke sekolah, saat saya sampai di depan Masjid kajhu kecamatan Baitussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar saya melihat ada penjual kerang di pinggir jalan dalam jumlah yang sangat banyak
Saya sagat tertarik untuk membeli kerang ini karena sangat jarang saya temukan, harga kerang ini untuk 1 kg seharga 1 dolar, saya membeli 3 kg untuk saya masak untuk menu siang hari ini, saya sempat bertanya kepada penjual lokasi pengambilan kerang, penjual mengatakan lokasi pengambilan kerang di kecamatan bayeun kabupaten aceh timur
Berdasarkan yang saya baca di situs faridmuzaki.blogspot.co.id kerang ini di sebut Polymesoda expansa (Corbiculidae) penjelelasan lengkap dibawah ini

BAHAN YANG DIPERLUKAN
BAHAN UTAMA :
- 3 kg kerang
- 1 liter santan
- 20 gram minyak makan
- 1/2 sendok makan gula pasir
- 1/4 sendok makan gula garam
BAHAN YANG DI IRIS :
- 2 siung bawang merah
- 1 siung bawang putih
- 1 sereh
- 2 daun salam
- 4 daun jeruk purut
BAHAN YANG DIHALUSKAN :
- 10 cabe merah
- 5 siung bawang merah
- 7 siung bawang putih
- 1 cm lengkuas
CARA MENGOLAHNYA :
- Bersihkan semua bahan lalu potong sesuai selera dan bilas sampai bersih

- Masukkan kerang yang sudah direbus
- Masak sampai matang
- Selesai
- Campur dengan nasi saat kita menikmatinya
