I had made monosex fish fry recipe and fish curry recipe ( with 34 photos)

The day before I went to visit my brother pond for buying monosex fish .
His pond is located somewhere in the middle of paddy field . After reaching his pond , i saw that my brother was catching monosex fish . At that moment I captured some images . After buying monosex fish from my brother , I returned my home . After arriving my house , I was preparing my monosex fish recipe . I had made two recipes with monosex fish .

Ingredients
Monosex fish four pieces
Monosex fish oil
Water (like needed)
Green chilli 4 pieces
Tumeric Powder
Red chilli 8 pieces
Garlic one piece paste
Cumin paste
Onion 5 pieces
Onion paste
Salt.
Mustard oil

At first I had cut monosex fish carefully .Then I had cleaned monosex fish with water .After that I had taken all elements for making monosex fish fry recipe .

Firstly I admix tumaric and salt in Fish . After mixing properly ,mustrad oil is hot in Pan, I leave Mixing monosex fish in the pan. Thus I will fry monosex fish .

I had picked monosex fish from pan. I gave mustrad oil in pan. After hoting mustrad oil again , I leave onions and Garlic in oil . Sometimes I will fry onions and Garlic .Then I mixed red chilli and green chilli and cumin paste with fry fish .

After a while I provided monosex fry fish in pan .Sometimes I did fry monosex fish with oinions. Thus I had made monosex fish fry recipe.

First of all ,I collected all items for making monosex fish fry recipe . Firstly I admix tumaric and salt in Fish . After mixing properly ,mustrad oil is hot in Pan, I leave Mixing monosex fish in the pan. Thus I will fry monosex fish .

I had picked monosex fish from pan. I gave mustrad oil in pan. After hoting mustrad oil again , I leave raw banana and potatoes .Sometimes I will fry this two elements. After roasting I had provided water in pan. I gave tumaric and salt in pan. After boiling potatoes and raw banana , I provided monosex fry fish in pan .

Sometimes I did fry monosex fish with raw banana and potatoes . After boiling sometimes , We had picked fish curry . I had fried oinions. I mixed cumin ,red chilli and garlic paste in curry . After frying onions , I leave fish curry in pan. Thus I had boiled some moments .Finally I had made monosex fish curry recipe.

Monosex fish is very delicious fish . India cultivate this fish commercially . So Asian countries are farming monosex fish . Monosex fish has demanded in the market . At present Maximum countries is selling Monosex fish in market .Even those fish have been sold abroad. It is very popular fish in our country . Monosex fish is known as Telapia and Lailontika fish .Monosex fish is too delicious when it is tasted .
