Ossetian pies - try to cook yourself!

In order to cook the Ossetian pie, you first need to knead the dough.
In a cup, pour warm milk and dissolve in it 1 spoonful of sugar. In the milk put the yeast and mix well, so that the yeast completely dissolved. To put on 15 minutes in a warm place - during this time the dough should rise. Then in a large bowl, pour in a suitable spoon. Add sour cream, 1 egg, a little salt. All mix well. Gradually adding flour, and lubricating hands with vegetable oil, knead the dough.

Dough cover and put in a warm place for 2 hours.

Now you need to think about the filling. The filling can be any. Ossetians make pies with cheese, cabbage, potatoes, pumpkin, but of course with meat.

When the dough is ready, it needs to be mixed a little. If the pie with cheese, then grate the cheese, cut the greens, cabbage shred and fry in vegetable oil.

Part of the dough is put on the table sprinkled with flour and kneaded to make a cake (do not do thin, otherwise it will break). In the middle of the flat cake lay out the filling. The edges of the flat cake to collect to the center and tighten well. The filling should be inside the cake.

Then make a few cracks on the cake, to exit the steam, trying not to cut through the cake.
Before baking cakes, the pan should be heated in the oven at a temperature of up to ~ 230 ° C.
