오늘은 아점으로 먹었던 스팸마요덮밥을 포스팅 하려고 합니다 ♫
[스팸마요덮밥 만들기]♬
- 재료
스팸, 마요네즈, 계란3개, 양파1/2개 - 간장양념
간장4큰술, 맛술2큰술, 올리고당2큰술, 물6큰술을 넣고 졸여준다. - 레시피
- 계란은 체에 받쳐 알끈을 제거후, 물2큰술과 함께 섞은후
젓가락을 한 방향으로 저어가며 부드러운 스크램볼을 만든다. - 스팸은 깍둑썰어 달군 후라이팬에 볶는다.
- 채썬 양파를 넣고 간장양념을 만든다.
- 접시에 밥->스크램볼->스팸->마요네즈->김으로 플레이팅하여 맛있게 먹는다 ^^
스팸마요덮밥은 간단하게 만들어먹을 수 있는 메뉴입니다^^
