Chicken Liver Truffle

Ingredients for 4 servings:
Basal bulb large 1 pc.
tomato medium 3 pcs
chicken liver 400 grams
chicken hearts 300 grams
salt and pepper to taste

Cut the onion semicircles, tomatoes - segments, cut the liver on the middle size of the slices. I leave the hearts whole. In a frying pan on an average fire we warm up 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. We put the onion and fry, stirring, 3-4 minutes.

Add a little bit of stuff and stir, stirring, for 6-7 minutes.

Add tomatoes.

Season with salt and pepper. We cook, stirring, another 5-7 minutes. We give
