How to remove toxins from our body with food

The body can only remove the toxins, but the life we live in, the daily life that surrounds us and the harmful habits we have, make this process difficult.We have to help our body.
But how ?
Let's first remove the harmful habits(smoking) and add some useful ones

  • Stop smoking
  • Stop drinking large amounts of alcohol
  • Let's sweat more ( add some king of sport )
  • Avoid consuming processed food
  • Drink more green tea
  • Drink 2 liters of water a day
