My kids requested for these. Not every kid like vegetables, but in all fairness, mine loves vegetables! THANKS BE TO GOD!


We have this for lunch. After a week of chicken and pork meat. Cholesterol week as I say to @mikemaphu.


HIGHBLOOD PRESSURE IN COMING!!! So STOP eating TOO MUCH meat!
