Another meal kit from Gobble.com
Today I made Chicken au Poivre (I guess "Chicken with pepper" wasn't fancy sounding enough?)
Following their cooking instructions resulted in very juicy chicken. Left on my own, I usually overcook chicken breast, so I guess they are also teaching me better cooking methods.
Again, I very easy to follow recipe card with pictures.
The ingredients. The mashed potatoes come already cooked, and the garlic was already roasted.
I was all done, and eating in under 15 minutes.
The meal was nothing fancy, despite using French in the name, but was tasty and worth the cost in my opinion. I also like that the meals are fairly well balanced. I eat more vegetables and less potatoes than if I were cooking on my own.
