Olvidando la dieta

Es muy difícil resistirse a estas tentaciones , por un instante es muy bueno olvidarse del cuidado del cuerpo y nutrirlo con estas deliciosas comidas , mejor conocidas como chatarra. Un poquito de grasa al organismo no le hace daño , malo es consumirla habitualmente, pero de vez en cuando es de beneficio para la salud , porque nuestro órgano necesita también grasa.
