We have an outing tomorrow and our group was assigned to cook binagoongan na baboy at talong.
Bagoong alamang is shrimp paste, baboy is pork while talong is eggplant.
This dish is one of the all time favorite of the Filipinos and it is best serve with rice.
Cooking binagoongan is quite easy, even if your not an expert in the kitchen you can still cook this kind of dish.
You only need is pork, eggplant, shrimp paste, garlic, onion, suar and salt and pepper. But for us, to have a little twist on the taste we put chili on it.
