- Banana smoothie:
Blend together:
2 peeled bananas.
½ cup of milk.
2 teaspoons of honey.
1 cup of ice (or as desired).
- Spa cucumber smoothie:
Blend together:
2 peeled and seeded cucumbers.
Juice from 1 lime.
3-4 teaspoons of honey.
1 cup of ice (or as desired).
- Tangerine smoothie:
Blend together:
4 peeled tangerines.
Juice from 2 limes.
2 teaspoons of honey.
1 cup of ice (or as desired).
- Apple-ginger smoothie:
Blend together:
2-3 Peeled apples.
½ peeled ginger.
Juice from 2 limes.
¼ teaspoon of honey.
1 cup of water.
1 cup of ice (or as desired).
- Chocolate-banana smoothie:
Blend together:
1 peeled banana.
1 cup of chocolate ice cream.

A pinch of salt.
