SUPERFOOD BREAKFAST - 2 MINUTES TO MAKE - DELICIOUS!

  1. Pour raw oatmeal into bowl - not instant
  2. Mix in some natural apple sauce - (if you want the oats to be softer you can let this sit for 15 minutes or so)
  3. Add blueberries - I prefer frozen, already washed and ready to go - also taste better to me
  4. Add walnuts

Three superfoods and applesauce also good for you - easily put together in 2 minutes or less - very filling

Clearly many variations of this could be done - I've used yogurt instead of applesause - have sometimes added flaxseed etc. - ENJOY!

PS - If you like more color, throw in a couple strawberries
