CRUMBLE DE MANZANA
¡¡¡Muy buenas Steemians!!! Hoy os presento un sencillo y delicioso postre que hace mi mujer. A todos nos encanta.... y otro día os dare mi propia version.
HI STEMIANS!!! Today I bring you a simple and delicious dessert that my wife cook. All my family loves it.... and another day I'll show you my own version.
Se trata de un crumble de manzana especiada, una deliciosa tarta que se sirve templada y que se desace en cada bocado que le das... IMPRESIONANTE
It is a spiced apple crumble, a delicious cake that is served warm and that crumbles in every bite you give to it...AWESOME
El relleno de la tarta tiene un pequeño toque personal de mi mujer... ¡¡¡Que le recuerda su Mamá!!! Aromatizada con jenjibre fresco, clavo, ralladura de lima, canela y ligada con mermelada de albaricoque para darle textura...Riquísima.
The filling of the cake has a little personal touch of my wife... That reminds her to her Mom!!! Flavored with fresh ginger, clove, lime filling, cinnamon and mixer with apricot jam to give texture... Delicious!!!
A nosotros nos gusta acompañar la tarta con helado de vainilla para hacer un contraste de temperaturas y sabores.
We like to serve the cake with vanilla ice cream to make a contrast of temperatures and flavors.
And that's it for today. In the next post I'll show you my own version, if you want to know something, don't hesitate and ask. This crazy Chef says goodbye!!!
