We don't have anything like this in the US. Are they usually filled with something, or served with butter or the like?

    Yes .. there are 2 kinds of flavors ,, coffee and vanilla.
    Flavored coffee with coffee cream top and butter inside while vanilla with vanilla cream top and vanilla cream inside.
    Usually consumers enjoy with a cup of black coffee.
