Banana cake

Hello everyone! As I wrote - the weekend is the time to make pies))) I had a couple bananas in the fridge, that needed to be used...

So, I decided to make a banana cake. It is very fragrant, tasty, crisp on the inside and crispy on the outside. To prepare the dough you will spend 10 minutes of your time!

Share the recipe with you) You will need:

Flour-120 g
Banana-255 g
Sugar-50 g
Baking powder-18 gr
Egg-1 PC
Vegetable oil-75 g.

First, take bananas and make of them mashed with a fork or mixer. Next, mix well the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and sugar. Pour vegetable oil into a banana puree and break one egg. Stir and pour the dry ingredients. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Quite creative....awesome post. Banana is more or less a complete fruit. Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients........your choice is spot on
