Hello dears! Recently I learned a recipe for an incredibly simple but delicious pie. Its charm is, that you can use any filling! The main thing to have in the freezer puff pastry. So, in advance take out the puff pastry to thaw it at room temperature. Then prepare the filling. I decided to bake a cake with potatoes, so I cleaned the potatoes and cut it into thin slices, added salt. The baking pan greased with oil. Next, roll out the dough into a thin layer. Put the dough in the form. The bottom is lubricated with oil or sour cream. Cut the onions and also put on the bottom. Spread on top of potatoes. Close the cake with dough, grease with egg. Bake for 5 minutes at 200 degrees, then lower the temperature to 100 degrees and bake for another 40 minutes. Our pie is ready, Bon appetit!
