Pie with berries and sour cream filling

Hello dears! I already wrote, that I love to bake pies in multicooker. Today I want to share with you a recipe for a pie with berries with sour cream filling. This recipe is perfect for multicooker.

So, you will need for the dough:

sugar - 100 g,
butter - 120 g,
eggs - 2 PCs.,
baking powder - 1 tsp.,
flour-300-500 g.

For the filling:

sour cream - 200 g.,
sugar - 4 tablespoons,
starch - 2-3 tablespoons,
eggs - 2 PCs.,
berries-300 g.

First prepare the shortbread. Put the eggs, sugar and soft butter In a bow, mix well. Mix flour with baking powder and add small portions to the dough. It should turn out soft, roll the dough into a ball, cover with a food film and send it to the refrigerator. Next, prepare the filling for the cake. Add the eggs, sugar, sour cream In a bowl, mix well, add the starch and beat with a mixer. Take out the dough from the fridge and distribute in a bowl of multicooker, form the high sides. On the dough lay out the berries, I love to cook this pie with cherry, pour the filling on top. Bake pie in multicooker in the "baking" mode for an hour, at the end of this time do not open the lid, let the pie cool, the filling should harden.

Oh my days at @springmelody that looks fantastic.I absolutely love berries I've never tried a cake with sour cream before.So have to try this recipe. Love the fact I have all the ingredients in my larder.Looks like a filling cake.So need a cup of tea to wash that down!👍
