Hello Stemians!!! Did have a great day?  Are you in good health? May everything you think of get fulfilled. Warm greetings!!

The picture below shows the typical nepali food thakali khana set and nothing can be as yumm to appetite as this food.Thakli food is basically dalbhat-tharkari − lentils, rice and vegetables, with masu (meat) for non-vegetarians. Most modern Thakali restaurants, however, also offer mo-mos (meat dumplings) and thukpa (noodle soup). Sometimes buckwheat breads (like chapatis or pancakes) may be served with the basic curry and buckwheat finger chips (kachhyamba)as an appetizer. Desserts include sweet curd or phopké (fermented rice).

It's something you prefer to try once in a life time.

Thank you!!

Looks delicious!

We have several Nepalese restaurants in London and I always have mo-mos as a starter/snack.

I’ve tried Nepali food once in Kuala Lumpur. Really interesting experience! A mix of Indian and Chinese if I remembered it correctly. 😊
