Being a typical Nepali most of the time what we enjoy is spices and chillies but when it comes to Thai Food its always plain and simple. What makes it a total different is its sour creamy taste.
The seasoning was done by shrimp paste, garlic, coriander,cilantro, lemon grass, shallots, pepper, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, fish sauce, and chilies which was placed aside the food and done accordingly as per our taste and choice.
Food is love yet being non-vegan having food and stuffs with seasoned vegetable was a hard time though!!
