Hello everyone.
Yeah yeah I know, baking muffins isn't really an art. Everyone can do it. But I've never told you that I absolutely love baking desserts. Again, not a professional or anything, it's just something I love to do. Just exploring different recipes and trying to bake something I would love to eat later. It's my kind of creativity. Of course I'm still learning, and some of the stuff don't end up exactly like planned (I will post an evidence bellow). But some do. And the very proud feeling after, makes me love baking. So here we are. MUFFINS.
What you gonna need:
-250g flour
-3tsp baking powder
-1 big egg
-150g sugar
-1 pack of Vanilla sugar
-8tbsp oil (I used normal vegetable oil)
-150ml milk
-40g butter
and finally around 200g of bluberries (you can use the frozen ones as well)
Then all you have to do is mix the flour and baking powder together in a seperate bowl. You mix all the other ingridients in another bowl, then slowly add flour and powder. At the end you add bluberries, but you have to mix them in with a spoon and not with electric mixer.
You fill the mufin cases (I bought the silicone ones, you can use paper ones as well) about two thirds full and bake them for about 20-25 minutes in preheated oven at 180°C.
A bit of a advice: When they are done, turn off the oven but leave the muffins in for a few more minutes.
So here you go. As you can see they are really easy to make, and I promise they are delicious.
Now as promised, here is a picture of my baking fail. These were supposed to be cute little cake pops, but they seem to have a problem with sticking on top of their sticks. I've tried a few times with different recipes, and they always end up like this. But you know what? I ain't giving up on them.
as an pastry chef im loving it
