Mustard or chilly sauce on the noodle must be great to introduce the Real Korean Taste!!! Thanks for sharing. I'm hungry now.

    Actually, that noodle is 'Hamheung' style, and 'Pyongyang' style rarely uses mustard or chilly sauce. Of course I love both.
