Ingredients :
- 1/4 Teaspoon chicken broth.
- 1/4 Teaspoon soy sauce.
- 1 Shiitake mushroom.
- 1/4 Teaspoon pepper.
- 1/2 Teaspoon mirin.
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt.
- 160 Ml of water.
- 5 shrimp.
- 2 Eggs.
How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Prepare a small bowl, fill it with water and add the shiitake mushrooms for 10 minutes, then slice thinly and set aside.
- Wash the shrimp thoroughly and cut into pieces. Then set aside.
- Take the bowl then add eggs, pepper, salt, chicken broth, and soy sauce. Give enough water then stir well and strain until soft.
- Add shrimp and mushrooms to the bowl containing the eggs.
- Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and steam for 15 minutes with low heat.
- Once cooked, let stand for a while to cool.
- Ready to be serve.
