Ingredients :

  • 1/4 Teaspoon chicken broth.
  • 1/4 Teaspoon soy sauce.
  • 1 Shiitake mushroom.
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper.
  • 1/2 Teaspoon mirin.
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt.
  • 160 Ml of water.
  • 5 shrimp.
  • 2 Eggs.


How To Make :

  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Prepare a small bowl, fill it with water and add the shiitake mushrooms for 10 minutes, then slice thinly and set aside.
  • Wash the shrimp thoroughly and cut into pieces. Then set aside.
  • Take the bowl then add eggs, pepper, salt, chicken broth, and soy sauce. Give enough water then stir well and strain until soft.
  • Add shrimp and mushrooms to the bowl containing the eggs.
  • Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and steam for 15 minutes with low heat.
  • Once cooked, let stand for a while to cool.
  • Ready to be serve.
