Ingredients :
- 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste.
- Chicken broth to taste.
- Sesame oil to taste.
- 1 piece of broccoli.
- 1/2 glass of water.
- 1 small carrot.
- 3 eggs.
- 1 leek.
How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Take the bowl then add the eggs, stirring until yellow and white are well blended.
- Cut carrots like dice and cut leeks into pieces.
- Add the carrots and chopped leek to the bowl containing the eggs.
- Turn on the stove then put ddukbaegi on it, add water, sesame oil, chicken broth, and salt into it. Cook until boiling.
- If already boiling, put the egg mixture into it, mix well.
- Let stand for 10 minutes, then turn off the stove.
- Add the leek which has been cut into it.
- Ready to serve.
