Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons of sesame oil.
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons of soy sauce.
- Sesame seeds to taste.
- 300 Grams of spinach.
- 4 Cloves garlic.
- Enough water.
How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Take spinach then cut into small pieces. Set aside.
- Turn on the stove, boil spinach for 2-3 minutes. Lift and drain.
- Take a medium-sized bowl, fill the water in it, then put the spinach into the bowl.
- Wait a few moments then drain.
- Take another bowl, add chopped garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Add spinach to it then stir well.
- Sigeumchi Namul is ready to served.
