The hot chocolate in the cup is the ideal drink to enjoy a relaxing moment when the outdoor temperatures are reduced and the body needs an extra energy. The important thing is to do it with genuine ingredients, without deharno seduced easily by instant preparations in the supermarket

Preparing it at home is really easy and its consumption has numerous beneficial effects, especially due to the considerable antioxidant properties of chocolate. Now

Ingredients for 4 people.
100 grams of dark chocolate
30 grams of powdered sugar
10 grams of potato starch
Whole milk 6 dl (little more than half a liter).

preparation
Finely chop the 100 g of dark chocolate and place them in a saucepan. Heat 6 dl of fresh milk with 30 g of powdered sugar and pour 4-5 tablespoons into the chocolate to melt it and form a cream.

Pour the remaining milk and cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Dilute 10 g of potato starch with 2-3 tablespoons of milk and add it to the mixture. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring, to make it very thick. Divide it in the cups and serve it hot.
