How to prepare Macaroni Cheese Balls

INGREDIENTS:

Macaroni - 1 and half cup boiled,
Cheese - 1 cup,
Milk - 2 cups,
Plain flour - 2 tbsp,
Butter - 1 large cube,
Black pepper crushed - 1 tsp,
Mix herbs - 2 tsp,
Garlics - 2 tbsp finely chopped,
Corn flour/starch - 3 tbsp,
Bread crumbs - 2 cups,
Salt to taste,

METHOD:
In a hot pan add butter, once it hot then add garlic and stir for a while.

Put plain flour, mix well with the butter, then add milk slowly and make a smooth mixture.

Add cheese into the mixture, and stir well to get creamy white sauce. add black pepper and salt into the sauce.

Put boiled pasta into the sauce then add mix herb and mix well, when it become sticky consistency, turn off the flame and cool down.

Divide the mixture into small equal portion and keep into the refrigerator for 2 hours.

After 2 hours press the small portions and give it a nice round shape.

mix corn flour and water to get a thin batter,

Deep the macaroni balls into the butter and coat with the bread crumbs.

Fry into the medium heat oil.

Serve hot.
