How to prepare the most UNFORGETTABLE FOAM LATTE of your life in 3 minutes from home

in food •  8 years ago

Hi, everyone!
Today I want to share a little secret that I learned some years ago, and that had literally made my life better!

In 3 minutes you can whip milk to obtain a foam latte that every bar will envy, and that can turn into a real sweet snack.

Let me explain how:

  1. STEP ONE:

The milk must be COLD, so take it only from the fridge. Prepare the necessary to whip the milk from home, something like the tool showed in the picture below;

IMPORTANT: if you don't have this kind of tool, you can use a jar you use for sauces; it must have a cap to shake the milk.

  1. STEP 2:

Fill the whipping tool or the jar for 1/3 and a little more, not more.

  1. STEP 3:

The COLD milk has to be whipped: do a strong up and down with the cap of the tool or shake the jar energetically for 10 seconds; the air have to be mixed with the liquid.

IMPORTANT: it's more difficult to do this with the jar; you have to see that the amount of air-milk has doubled before stop shaking!

  1. STEP4:

Put your milk with air in a ceramic cup, it's not important to eliminate the bubbles, they will disappear on their own!

  1. STEP 5:

Put the cup in the microwave; 600 w, 30 seconds. NOT MORE (the milk can't become hot, proteins will be united in the best way only becoming warm).

  1. STEP 6:

Mix some sugar with the foam latte (if you want) and ENJOY IT.
You won't believe, but there will be a fulfilled cup with only a perfect FOAM LATTE!
I love this to the point of madness!

I hope to have made your day, because who has taught me this secret has made my life! GNAM

Have a sweet life!

It's interesting that the milk needs to be cold - definitely not intuitive. I would've guessed that it's better to heat up the milk first.

Yes, it's absolutely not intuitive infact I wouldn't believe it would have turned out like this!
