Fried smoked trout

Evening all

Here is a quick meal for all those out there , and tastes excellent . The wife is working tonight so just me and the two munchkins so nuggets for them and a quick meal for myself

First up but a smoked trout you can generally get these at a local fish market or generally any large supermarket

Cut the head and tail off and cover with a little olive oil

Then I use but can go with anything you like
Cover with pepper and pink salt and I find a little bit of steak seasoning does a treat both sides

Have a fry pan on the burn and pump that bad boy on the pan medium heat and let it sit until the skin is extra crispy and the meat is cooked

If your not into the whole skin thing peel it off and fry in a low heat

I'm am not a salad man so I went a little crazy and brought some seafood salad and done and done

All up prep and cook 15 mins and a hearty feast for one IMG_3611.JPG
