Mein lecker Vegetarischer Sonntagsbraten!

Mit Gemüse überbackende Zucchinis

Hallo meine Liebe Steemit Feunde heute habe ich für euch leckere überbackene Zucchinihälften.

Hierzu schwitzt ihr klein gehakte Zwiebel, Mohrrüben, Sellerie, Knoblauch und Semmelbrösel an,
das ganze wird mit Creme fraiche und reibe Käse vermischtund mit eine Brise salz Pfeffer und Origano verfeinert
mit der Masse beschmiert man dann die Zucchinihälften und steckt sie für ca. 20 Minuten in den mit 180 grad vorgeheizten Backofen bis sie gold gelb sind.

Als Beilage gab es:

  • Gekochter Reis mit Rotwein soße
  • Erbsen Möhren Broccoli und Blumenkohl Gemüse

Ich danke meinen Bruder für das leckere Essen.
