Fried Shrimp Crispy Flour

Material:

1 kg of shrimp, floss head, skin and back keratnya
2 cloves of garlic, puree
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1 tsp salt

Flour ingredients:
200 grams of wheat flour
250 ml of water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 tsp baking powder

Complementary:

Mayonaise
Tomato / sambal sauce

How to make :

Apply a mixture of lemon water, salt and garlic to the shrimp. Allow for one hour. Mix the dough flour until smooth and no flour clot. Dip the shrimp into the dough flour. Fry with hot oil until golden yellow, remove the drain.
