Coconut Shrimp Tempura Roll

Today's lunch is another Aldi find (gosh, I love that store!!) - coconut shrimp tempura rolls. Imagine fried shrimp, red peppers and rice, but sprinkled with coconut and slathered in spicy sauce. My mouth is happy.
