Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled
1 cup general-purpose flour
1 teaspoon flavorer
1 teaspoon flavorer
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup water, or as required
1 cup edible fat for cookery
how to prepare:
In a medium bowl, dissolve the sugar in heat water. Soak potatoes in water mixture for quarter-hour. take away from water, and dry completely on paper towels.
Heat oil in deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Add potatoes, and cook till golden, five to six minutes. drain on paper towels. Season with salt to style.
