Want to know how to make a delicious no bake dessert in 15 minutes?
Well here's what you will need for the base
Add all ingreants into a mixing bowl
• 2 packets of digestive biscuits crushed
• add 4 tbsp of peanut butter & 4/5 tbsp of butter and melt in microwave and add to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients together and then spread into a flat tray/dish ensuring to make sure you have tightly pressed the biscuit down. Then carefully pop into the feezer whilst you do the topping.
So whilst the bottom layer is freezing you will need to-
Melt a 200g bat of bornville or dark chocolate.
After the chocolate is melted you will then need to melt 1-2 tbsps of peanut butter to drizzle & swirl on top of the peanut slice.
Next you will need to remove the tray/dish from the freezer and add the dark chocolate on top of the base layer. Last of all you will need to swirl the melted peanut butter and add to the freezer or fridge to set.
