Homemade Tortilla

Hello everyone! Today, I would like to share a simple dish that my husband and I made last week. Our own version of Tortilla. My son likes to eat tortilla now and then. His friend came over to eat lunch with us as well.

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Carrots
Green peas
Eggs
Onions

STEPS:
Cut the potatoes and carrots
Boil them for 15- 20 minutes
Add green peas

In a pan, sautee onions and add green peas
Mix the eggs in the potatoes and carrots
Add all some spices
Put them all in a pan, slow heat for 30-40 minutes
Oven for 15 minutes to make sure that everything is cook especially the eggs.

It was not bad, they eat some of it lols. Have a good day everyone. Wish you all well.
