Stuffed Marrow With Melted Cheese

Hello everyone. Hope you are all having a great time. Happy Monday!
Today, will share something different, maybe some of you are familiar with this food. It's called Stuffed Marrow. While I was browsing my phone I saw these photos. I always wanted to share it but I just kept forgetting it. We have a little cafe here in our village and whenever I don't have time to cook, I always go and order from them. They have simple, affordable and delicious food.

The presentation of this food is great and it tastes good. It's a zucchini with filling inside, melted cheese on top and some boiled vegetables. I'd give 8 out of 10 to this dish. It's full of colors because of the broccoli, potatoes and carrots plus the gravy sauce that make it tastier.

When I cut it in the middle, it exploded the filling ran through, that was the fun part of it. The zucchini was a bit hard, think need to be cooked more from inside. But overall it was good, especially if you are hungry haha. I'll eat anything lols. What do you usually eat for breakfast,lunch and dinner? Do you cook every day?
