Stuffed Pepper With Rice - Traditional Bulgarian Cuisine

Easy to make and healthy😄
Bulgaria is a land of peppers and tomatoes! 😄😄😄
Crunchy, sweet and delicious.
One kilo peppers - 2.00 leva = 1 euro.

Ingredients:
Onions
Garlic
Parsley
Bulgarian herbs
Salt
Pepper
Rice
Tomato sauce

Saute all the veggies.
Add the rice
Filled the peppers
Put it in the oven 350 C
