Family and dinner at The Barn Niseko Japan

I decided to do a food post as I love this restaurant. Also it was an awesome dinner to have with family. Food always taste better with the people you love and care about.

So a little bit about the Barn. It's a beautiful European chalet with its Japanese quirks. Inside is a warm beautiful interior with warm lights with a large front facing windows for you to enjoy the meal while looking at the snow.
Anyway about their food I would recommend the waygu beef steak. It was so tender and done well that the fat between the meat melts into your mouth

That is a man who loves what he is eating so you gotta definitely try that when you're there.

Another thing to try is the foie gras sushi. The taste was heavenly with a slight charring of the sauce and sweet rice it went down nice with sake.

Their pork was also fantastic as well, perfectly lean and done where the meat retains the juice and grilled perfectly. With a little sprinkle of salt, the pork delicious so that is also another dish to try.

However I think the best flavour is the company. All that awesome food and no one to share a meal with wouldn't take away the flavour but just having family and love creates a sweet experience.
