Welcome back to my blog! This episode I will take you back to 300 years ago where Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty to taste the famous Royal Cuisine "San Xian Tang Mi Xian". Those who know me well will know that I love noodles so much! So when I found out about this noodle shop, I knew that I can’t miss it, and I went there at least 3 times in a week. 😜

Since they opened their first shop in 2014, and currently they have a total of 17 stores all over the main city of Malaysia. Their next goal is to go international, the first "Go Noodle House" will be opened in Melbourne, Australia end of 2017. If you are in Melbourne, you should definitely give it a try!

在2014年他们开了第一间店，目前他们已拥有17间分店，遍布在全马主要的城市。他们下一个目标是闯出国际，第一家的”有间面馆“将在2017年尾在墨尔本，澳洲开张。在墨尔本的朋友一定要去尝试一下哦！

The Royal Cuisine of Superior Soup | 御膳之三鲜汤底

This Superior Soup taste very good, with a concentrated taste of Shaoxing wine, and seafood clams (we called it la la here) sweetness. I personally don’t drink much alcohol , but I think this Shaoxing wine deployment in this seafood soup is quite tasty and it is fine for people who doesn’t drink as well. Other than this Superior Soup, if you would like something spicy, you can choose their secret recipe of spicy soup or black thick soy sauce.

这三鲜汤底的味道非常好，带有浓浓的绍兴酒味，而且还有海鲜蛤蜊(我们这里也称为“啦啦”）的清甜味，味道浓而不腻，吃多了也不怕。我个人不怎么喝酒也不会喝，可是我认为这绍兴酒调配在这海鲜汤底里还挺可口的, 所以不喝酒的朋友们也不是问题。除了三鲜汤，如果你想吃辣，可以选择秘制辣香汤底或干捞。

After selected the soup, you can choose with your favorite noodles. There are three different texture of noodles, there are chefs recommended Mixian, it’s one of rice noodle (my favorite 😋), rice vermicelli and Banmian (thick, thin, or hand-tear)

选好了汤底，就可选配上你喜欢的面条🍜。那里有三种不同质感的面料，有厨师推荐的米线（也是我最爱的😋），米粉和板面（粗的，幼的，撕）。

Superior Soup Pork Ball Mi Xian

【三鲜汤猪肉丸米线】

Dry black soy sauce with thick Banmian is also particularly delicious, noodle felt very chewy.

干捞的粗板面也特别好吃，很有嚼劲。

In addition, where the Trio Platter taste very delicious too 👍 which includes the Gold Coin Porks, Pork Rolls, Crispy Fu Chuk can be eaten as an appetizer or snacks.

此外，那里的三品细味也不错👍里面包括金钱肉干，五香肉卷和脆香腐竹，可以作为前菜或小吃。

I also ordered a glass of healthy Red Dates Goji Herbal Tea, taste super yummy, and not too sweet.

我也点了养生的红枣枸杞茶，味道很好，不会很甜。

The Interior Design of Ancient Chinese Culture | 中国古代文化气息的内部设计

They have a large chinese gong in front of the shop, customers can knock on it and the servers will shout "Welcome to the Go-Noodle Shop", I felt particularly warm! 😇

在门前放着一个中国大锣，客人进门时可以敲一敲，店里的小二就会欢呼“欢迎光临有间面馆”，感觉特别温馨！😇

The Superior Soup Noodle is known as the "Best Noodle in the World", the store also hung up the signboard, and it’s really deserved the reputation! 👍

三鲜汤米线被称为“天下第一面”，店里也挂上了这牌板，果然名不虚传！👍

Besides that, the store is surrounded by the images of the Qing Emperor.

此外，店里四周都挂着清朝皇帝的图像。

Wooden tables and chairs, have an ancient feeling, similar to those in the olden days chinese food stores.

木质的桌椅，非常有古代的感觉，就像在客栈一样。

The most special is the wine rack, they are bought by the customers and placed it here, when you come and visit the restaurant, you can drink it or pour them into your noodle soup to enhanced the wine taste. The Shaoxing wine have different ages, there are three years old, five years old and ten years old, according to them the taste is certainly different, and I’d really love to try the ten years old Shaoxing wine and wonder what it taste like?

最特别就是这个酒架，上面摆放的都是客人所买的绍兴酒，当你来光顾时可以拿来喝或加入在面汤里来提高汤的鲜味。酒架上的绍兴酒都有不同的年代，有三年的，五年的和十年的，店里的小二说每个年份的绍兴酒味道都不一样，真想试一试十年的绍兴酒到底是什么味道呢？

Conclusion : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ½ Recommended!

Overall, as you can see I love this restaurant noodles very much as I visited more than 3 times in a week. Their noodles are delicious and yet not feeling too oily or using a lot of MSG. Besides that, their pricing are very reasonable as well, with a simple ancient chinese interior design, it is a great place to be dining in.

结论 : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ½ 推荐!

整体来说，我非常喜欢这家餐厅的面条，因为我在一周内就去了超过3次。他们的面条很好吃，而且也不感觉太油腻和太多味精。除此之外，他们的价格也非常合理，简单的古代中国室内设计，是一个很棒的餐饮地点。
