Seafood and Vegetable mix! My Style!

I have tried to mix and match different vegetables with seafood and this is the mix that my children like to eat.

It is a mix of a marinara mix and rice dish.

Ingredients:
500 grams of mixed vegetables (as found in the freezer section at the supermarket)
250 grams of cooked rice
500 grams of marinara mix (just the seafood)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of Vegeta
1 pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon of paprika (mild)
fresh parsley
cooking oil
600ml of water

Step 1
Fry the vegetables on a high flame with the lid on the fry pan, so that all the natural juices of the vegetables stay in the pan. For about 10 minutes.

Step 2
Then add your cooked rice and pour about 200ml of water into the fry pan, keep the lid on and from time to time stir, so that the rice doesn't burn. Do this for about 10 minutes.

Step 3
Then add all the spices, do not add the parsley at this stage, stir and then add the seafood mix and mix again, then pour an additional 200 ml of water.
Fry/cook for about 10 minutes, you do not need to have the lid on from here onwards and make sure to stir fry.

Step 4
After that add the parsley and mix/stir.
After you do this, turn of the gas/stove and leave it for a few minutes, prior to serving.

This can be a dish on its own or you can serve it with pasta.
