Ya. Pho is a noodle dish. Good and greasy taste, pure broth and delicious beef pieces.
Ingredients: the noodles, anise and cinnamon, with touches of cardamom, fennel, and cloves, roasted onions and sliced ginge, finally, green onions, cilantro, and bean sprouts.
Some famous Pho shop in Hanoi:
Pho Bat Dan is a traditional Pho shop in 49 Bat Dan, Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi. Average price of a bowl is 1,8$.
Pho 10 Ly Quoc Su located in number 10 Ly Quoc Su street, with price is 2,5$.
Pho Thin is operated over 30 years old in 13 Lo Duc, price is 3$.
