GUACAMOLE WITH GARLIC

Hot sauce is good in summer and winter. In avocado stores, it is often very tough. To it quickly matured, put it in a paper bag with an Apple

You will need:

  • 2 small ripe avocados;
  • 1 lemon (squeeze juice);
  • 1 large garlic clove;
    — 1 hot pepper, jalapeno (without seeds, finely chopped);
    — 1 small tomato-cream (without seeds, finely chopped);
    — ½ Onion bulbs (finely chopped);
  • 1 tsp of coarse salt.
    Ripe avocado cut in half, remove the bone, spoon out the pulp. Squeeze out the lemon juice, pass the garlic through the press, add the crushed pepper (if not, just add the Cayenne pepper to taste), onion and salt. Stir and serve immediately. Mexicans eat this sauce with corn chips (nachos) or with wheat or corn tortillas (tortillas). And you can apply it to a boiled language (as in the photo) or a meat dish.
