HPP is a food preservation technique which is used to preserve food for long life. I am shocked after studying about this technique. it was developed in 1890. but due to market trends of chemical food preservation no one obliged this work. now this technique is used. it will provide fresh, nutritious and healthy food for long time. even after hpp processing there is no effect of treatment on the food.
