Pumpkin is one of the most popular vegetables that can be cooked in various versions; both main dishes and desserts. For me, I especially love pumpkin as desserts.
If I want to eat pumpkin desserts, but cannot find it in my area, I usually cooked it by myself; such as,

Today, I'm glad to share with you another interesting dessert which has pumpkin as main ingredient. It is called “Sang-ka-ya Fak-thong” in Thai or “Egg custard in pumpkin” in English. “Sang-ka-ya” means “Egg custard” and “Fak-thong” means “Pumpkin”. It is one of my favorite Thai desserts.
I found this in the opened market nearby my house, so no need to cook it by myself. ;)
Um! The egg custard is so sweet and the steamed pumpkin is really soft… Very yummy! Hope you can feel the taste through the pictures! ;D
p.s. : On the top of "Sang-ka-ya Fak-Thong", you will see small piece of another delicious Thai ancient dessert which is called "Foi Thong" in Thai or "Golden Threads" in English. I love this, too! I will try to buy full version of this dessert, if any, and present it to you later!

We have a restaurant here, the owner LOVES all the characters like Doraemon, Hello Kitty, and the others, like smoking kitty I don't know the names for, but see a lot. (Those things are expensive). Each restaurant is themed with those critters. Very creative and entertaining. Lot's of Godzilla's, dinosaurs on the tables for kids to play with and on and on and on. Never a dull moment.
